Enni (Eugenia) Androutselli Founding member of Erifuli Eugenia Androutselli was born in Athens and grew up in Patras. She studied Psychology at the Department of Psychology of Pantheon University of Social and Political Sciences and is a final student of the Master's program "Applied Positive Psychology and Psychology of Coaching" at the University of East London. At the same time, she has a certificate from the online training program of the Open People's University "Crisis as an opportunity to redefine our lives", as well as from seminars on psychology, while her training does not stop. She advocates that people can develop and evolve through the empowerment and utilization of the strong elements of their character. In addition, her purpose is through her work to help people, to be empowered, mobilized and find meaning in order to prosper in their lives. She does not ignore the most negative and painful aspects of life, but seeks to help people redefine them in a more positive way, learn from them and make them their weapons. Finally, she believes that self-awareness is an important resource for people, because by knowing their strengths and weaknesses, they can make more targeted choices in their lives and reach their best possible self. In addition, she is interested in volunteering, which is why he became a member of Ithaca Laundry. As part of the workshops, she is supervised by Ms. Ioanna Koutsopoulou, psychologist, holder of a master's degree in Counseling, psychotherapist and Gestalt supervisor, trained in CRM Trauma Therapy, with experience in coordinating groups and providing training to students and mental health professionals.

The Gender Discrimination Management Center ERIFILI The Gender Discrimination Management Center "Erifili" is a multi-purpose space located in Sahtouri 64 , in Patras, that offers a well rounded organized framework for the intervention and empowerment in our community. Its main functions are experiential workshops, legal support and legal consulting, informative actions, exhibitions, conferences, events, as well as the development of an autonomous volunteer group, which is based in its area. The original initiator of the project is the lawyer, graduate of the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and graduate of the Department of Philosophy, Vassilis Markou. His specialization in the postgraduate program of "Bioethics" and the relevance of gender issues to legal science and philosophy, activated his interest in the formation of an interdisciplinary group, which will cover the gaps in the protection of gender inequalities, in an effort to contribute to the Greek "me too" movement. The scientific team: Stavroula Kordella, Vassilis Markou, Chrysoula Loukopoulou, Danai Petropoulou, Enni Androutseli and Maria Ioakeimidis collaborate for the implementation of this project. The dialogue of the scientific fields of psychology, law, criminology, philosophy and the positive sciences aims to alleviate inequalities in relationships and at work through a series of actions and interventions constantly before the stereotypical perceptions of our society. For this reason, the diffusion and communication of the operation, goals and actions of "ERIFYLI" is capable of contributing to the reduction of gender discrimination. Sexual violence Patriarchy thrives today. It is a system of ideas and individual considerations on which most modern societies are built. Clearly, it is known to empower – in an arbitrary way – the male gender and promote practices of coercion, oppression and compulsion. Through this view, practices have been naturalized, which continue to be reproduced in today's societies. These practices are related to the devaluation of women, the reinforcement of specific behaviors and genders - on the side of men - which are considered to reflect and stimulate their "masculinity" i.e. the prevalence of gender roles and stereotypical behaviors, the reinforcement of rape culture and its normalization. In the recent years, an increase of gender-based violence incidents has been noticed. There is not only the physical abuse (slapping, pushing, pulling hair, etc.)which threatens the physical integrity of the victim, but intimate partner violence takes many forms: verbal, psychological, physical, sexual and financial abuse– which leave no visible marks but are just as traumatic. Its effects affect important areas of people's lives, personality and mental health. We are trying to prevent and address the cycle of silence and abuse, aiming to contribute to the #metoo movement. Interventions: Empowerment workshops: conflict management, sexual education based on consent, strengthening of self-awareness and professional orientation, are topics that can act as a deterrent to future acts of violence, through the empowerment and education of the participants. Informative events in our conference venue, seminars, exhibitions, interventions in schools, operation of an autonomous voluntary group: Informing the community about the phenomenon and issues of gender-based violence is linked to the achievement of greater levels of equality by its members in their lives. Escape Plan: We provide a detailed practical step-by-step guide regarding the escape from an abusive relationship and we conduct the necessary legal actions in collaboration with our network of legal partners. Holistic treatment: Contact "ERIFYLI" and our network of partners and scientists in collaboration can offer the best individual direction to follow, confidentially and with dedication to each specific problem. The cooperation of the sciences of criminology, psychology and law is often necessary for a holistic intervention to the violence phenomena.

About Cooperation plan for Erasmus+ The members of "Erifili" have the competence to support and carry out the interconnection and cooperation between other cooperating bodies. We are interested in undertaking, together with the network of scientists we collaborate with, actions related to human rights, gender equality, mental empowerment, psychoeducation, education and skills acquisition that promote EU policies, even in from the arts or sports. Through the joint preparation of proposals and the implementation of such actions, our partner network acquires professional training in the exchange of good practices, cooperation and networking. The Erasmus+ proposal preparation process is implemented on a real basis with the main objective of approving the proposals formulated by the E.U. and their implementation through the legal form of "Erifili". In this way, on the one hand, the members of our network do not assume legal responsibilities, nor do they need to set up any legal form, on the other hand, the specialized members of "Erifili" preserve throughout the entire path of a proposal, its efficiency, the monitoring of the observance of the actions that have been planned, the control of the budget, the accounting and legal support of the actions. Through the bureaucratic, legal, accounting, administrative support of "Erifili" to carefully selected scientists, we aim to form a network that will expand or be limited over time, depending on the quality of the collaborations, but will a solid core of mutual support of respective initiatives is gradually being formed. The legal form of "Erifili" aims to support only those collaborations that meet its quality criteria and co-shape its character as a structure for human rights, gender equality, inclusion, de-stereotyping in society and education , mental empowerment and psychoeducation. On the other hand, our network of scientists is trained and coordinated on a real basis in the grant proposal preparation platform in order to submit them with increased chances of approval and in case of approval they work paid from the budget of the proposal for the duration of the project. Legally, the responsibility belongs to Erifilli, for this reason we supervise the proper observance of the project, while the other support from our structure (bureaucratic, legal, accounting, administrative support) ensures the scientist the exclusive involvement with the creative development of her project on the scientific subject that interests him/her. Defense of Borrowers against Banks NEW Thousands of debtors are suffering from the barrage of procedural attacks unleashed by banks, financial institutions and other creditors, without considering the risk of breaking social cohesion. The repeal of Law 3869/2010 on "Over-indebted Natural Persons" (Katseli Law) and the inclusion of over-indebted households in the Bankruptcy Code, in a tool for violent liquidation of bankrupt businesses, has brought in dire straits. The treatment of even those reasons, loss of job, reduction of income due to the pandemic and the energy crisis, etc., as economic units without living existence, marks the abolition of the law of force majeure, as the law has known it for more than two millennia. It has been observed that banks proceed with excessive charges beyond the contractually allowed, in most cases of accounts. Doctors are now responsible for their actions and omissions, a responsibility that contributes to paying the maximum possible care and attention in the exercise of the medical profession and operation. The medical treatment contract is based on the strong presence of the element of trust that governs the doctor-patient relationship. The legal responsibility of doctors for the acts or omissions that take place during the exercise of their duty is divided into civil, criminal and disciplinary. Forms of compensatory damages: medical error due to the doctor's conduct that is assessed to be lacking in the diligence that he is required to demonstrate in his profession in the specific case of a patient. Misdiagnosis resulting in incorrect treatment and further harming the patient's health. Diagnosis involves taking the patient's history, gathering and evaluating all the necessary findings, through the patient's clinical examination and special diagnostic tests.
